Interim District Manager - Folsom, CA

Waste Connections, Inc. is looking for experienced Interim District Managers to be based out of our corporate office in Folsom, CA.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as Interim District Manager for any Waste Connections location in the absence of a permanent DM.
  • Partner with the underperforming districts to develop and implement ways to improve financial performance.
  • Assist newly acquired operations through the integration process to ensure the acquisition meets or exceeds the pro forma expectations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in waste or related industry
  • Track record of enhancing productivity and performance
  • Familiarity with and understanding of P&L statements

Personal Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership, supervision and motivational skills
  • Problem solving, analytical and computer skills
