Front Load Driver - Cleveland, TN

Waste Connections, Inc. is looking for a front-end loader driver to operate in the Cleveland, Tennessee area.  The position will be responsible for driving a front-loading truck on commercial routes to mechanically collect solid waste and transport it to the appropriate disposal sites.  Will also be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously serving customers. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 2-3 years of experience driving a front-end loading vehicle;
  • Be able to follow safe operating procedures;
  • Have knowledge of truck components in order to complete pre- and post-trip inspections;
  • Possess a clean safety and driving record;
  • Be able to learn and use interpersonal skills relating to good customer service;
  • Be able to read, write and comprehend reports well enough to complete daily assignments;
  • Possess a valid Class B CDL at a minimum.

Hours:

Shift will begin at midnight and be approximately 55 hours per week.
