Meadowbranch Landfill Responsible Waste Diversion and Disposal
Meadowbranch Landfill
Meadowbranch Landfill is a municipal solid waste landfill operating under a permit issued by the State for the disposal of municipal solid waste. We are supported by our hauling company, and we are a full service solid waste disposal company.
Honoring our commitments provides our stakeholders peace of mind and establishes us as the premier waste services company in the markets we serve. This creates a safe and rewarding environment for our employees while protecting the health and welfare of the communities we serve, thereby increasing value for our shareholders.
Environmental Measures
We Implemented in 2021:
Retained a consultant...
to review the landfill gas collection system and wellfield data.
Purchased 30 acres...
of geosynthetic materials for installation as a temporary capping in order to mitigate storm water infiltration and odor.
Installed 82 additional extraction wells...
to safely remove landfill gases.
Placed 12 additional inches of soil...
across about 10 acres of the landfill.
Hosted an informational meeting...

Ceased using...
