If you have extra garbage or large items – furniture, carpet etc. - that will not fit inside the container, please call customer service at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup day. Additional charges may apply.

If you cancel your account within 6 months, your account may be charged a $20 early cancellation fee. Cancellation of services is the responsibility of the customer. Services and charges will continue until notice of cancellation is received in our business office. Balance is due at time of cancellation or a $75 cancel/recovery fee will apply. If service is cancelled due to a lower price from a competitor, we ask that the customer continue service through the paid period.
